Purgatory - Set in 1536, Italy, a story of a woman that will tug at the heart. Elina knows that since her mother’s passing, her father has done everything to try to make her happy, but the suitor he chooses for her to marry, does not stir sensations in her heart. Moment of Calm- The American Colonies in the year of 1777 brings tears to the eyes, and sorrow to the heart. Abigail Culton helps Major Jonathan Wentworth when he tries to escape the British, but what they both discover is a lasting love through the years. Ghost Woman of Rajayan - In the year of 1855, in India, two people search for love and discover it. The scenery is exotic, the characters refreshing, and a charming tale where the spirits breathe life. Hidden From View – USA 1861 - Evangeline Boudreau and her family live in Lily House. After years past, stories are told, and she inherits the land but always stays from view with her family in the shadows. An enticing good read.

Women of Their Time is a marvellous anthology of stories that carries the reader to a different exotic place in a different year and time. It tells of daring women that wish to make more of their status and shows their resolve to take anything that is thrown in their court, by making things positive. The list goes on with the remarkable tales that are included in this book. These are only a few that reach out and make the heart joyful, and each one is superb. Ms. Mueller painstakingly creates powerful stories that captivate the reader and makes the heart often leap for joy. She takes the reader to landscapes and settings that appear so life-like and believable with every word she pens. I always find all her stories extraordinary and delightfully spun.
