As a horror author she knows there is no Santa Claus, but this year there is one ghost that is making her wish for something stronger than Christmas spirit. Is it too late for Jessica to believe in Santa Claus?

Zach Roberts is not your usual ghost; he is not filled with sadness or vengeance. Instead he’s a Christmas ghost with a mission to make Jessica believe in Christmas even if it means putting his heart on the line. Though he is dead, Jessica is making him feel something that he never felt when he was alive. This Christmas is going to be different; he’s determined to make Jessica be jolly and merry.

In the Spirit by Shannon Stacey is one book I liked from the first chapter and I fell in love with Zach’s feelings towards Christmas. The one thing I didn’t like was Jessica’s attitude towards Christmas but like all things it comes to an end even if you are Ms. Grinch. Zach and Jessica are awesome in this book from their moods to their passion in the bed and everywhere else. In the Spirit is a great read for this Christmas for it has a true meaning to never stop believing in Christmas.
