Jena has had her eyes opened to the possibilities beyond most people’s horizons. Vampires exist. Not only do they exist, but they’ve married her friends and turned her friends into vampires as well. As a doctor she is itching to get her hands on a vampire to question and test their blood, but they are understandably reluctant to indulge her. Now that she knows of their existence she has been assigned a watcher, Ian. Since the first moment she met him she has been fascinated by him and the rumors that he is ancient. When a terrible Valentine’s Day date brings Ian from the position of watcher into a real part of her life, things will never be the same.

Ian and Jena were a fantastic pairing that tie up the dangling threads from the other two stories dealing with Ms. D’Arc’s vampires. We have yet to have Christy and Sebastian’s story, but I have heard wonderful rumors about it. The way that Bianca laid out the circumstances surrounding the women’s meetings was very, very well done and united everything very neatly. The relationship between Ian and Jena was sweet and spicy at the same time. Once again, Bianca pens a fabulous mix of innocence and carnality. I look forward to reading the next in this series.
