Recipe for Love

Jack Rabin steps into the Magic Muffin bakery looking for a snack for his employees to eat during their sales meeting. Though all the food looks good enough to eat, the item in the bakery that Jack finds the most tempting and edible is Megan Donnelly, the Magic Muffin’s store owner. Megan doesn’t sell ordinary baked goods. She sells Magical baked goods that add more to the eating experience than good flavor. Jack goes to his meetings with some Enchanting muffins, but instead of concentrating on the work at hand, he can’t stop thinking about Megan. After the meeting he goes back to the Magic Muffin for seconds. But more than muffins are on his mind.

Recipe for Love was a sizzling short story. The chemistry between Megan and Jack was magically delicious. Considering the length of the story, the author did a good job getting the two main characters together without seeming trite. The bespelled baked goods storyline added spice to the recipe. Finding out the magical properties of different foods was fun. It made me want to try something with almonds and anise. If you are looking for a quick bite of erotica, this is a great read.
