Allegra and her friends find themselves in the middle of a group of decadent vampires. Count Gabriele dei Fra seems taken with Allegra and she soon discovers that he is the man from her dreams. She is very taken to him and finds him hard to resist. But what will happen to her two friends if she should happen to win the challenge?

Set in Venice in 1592, which is a great period for a vampire story, Allegra’s Seduction, will captivate you. Monica Martin has done a terrific job of showing their strengths and weaknesses. Ms Martin has done her research for this story and it shows. The darkness you would expect from a vampire story comes to life. The love scenes are really written well with the passion flowing between Gabriele and Allegra right from the start and just keeps getting better all through the rest of the book. I loved this book. It is a true love story that seemed so real to me. I especially thought the time period was fantastic. You will want to continue reading until the last page.
