Heidi planned on spending a night with her sister only to find herself attending a magic show instead. As the night progresses, Heidi is surprised when the magician, Luke, pulls her on stage to participate in a magic act. Crawling into the coffin, Heidi has no idea what is in store for her. Imagining she will lay in the dark until she magically reappears for the audience, Heidi is unprepared for the erotic touches and instant desire that are awaiting her instead.

Dark Desire is the delightful little story readers will enjoy for more than one reason as it engages your senses. Heidi and Luke are both wonderful characters that readers will instantly like and grow to love even in the short number of pages in this story. The characters are engaging and this reader felt as if they were someone she knew. The plot was a nice surprise; the route this story took was one this reader wasn’t expecting and it is always nice to be surprised by a book. Lacey Savage has spun a tale that is worth reading and I can only hope that maybe there is a sequel out there waiting to be told. 4 Angels!
