Enthralled by Laura Baumbach is a homoerotic paranormal romance.

Colin Dobson decided that his life is not worth living and wants to end it all. The only problem is that he has to talk himself into jumping off of the building where he is staying. He notices everything in the world around him, but none of it is worth changing his mind or to live for. With the help of drugs he has his final thoughts and jumps. At the same time, Rowland Campbell, a vampire of old, is having his own troubles. Rowland is in the process of fighting off vampire slayers. He succeeds, but at the cost of grave injury which he thinks will spell his doom before he losr consciousness from the fight. The two worlds of Colin and Rowland collide in midair saving both of them, while in the process changing their lives for all time.

The characters of Colin and Rowland seem to leap form the pages and captivate the reader from the very beginning. Colins plight is one that many people understand, but hope that they will find something or someone to make their lives worthwhile. Rowland may be weary of life, but he still has enough humanity left in him to recognize something special and grab on with both hands and hold on tight. The love scenes between Colin and Rowland are both erotic and compelling. Colin and Rowland seem to have nothing in common, but in reality they are two halves of one whole and they complete one another. It is an interesting thought about which character, Colin or Rowland, is thoroughly Enthralled? Once again, Ms. Baumbach has written a story that will hold the reader spellbound through out!
