Jenny Gardner has always had one boy, Ty Parsons, in her mind that steams her up good with wanton thoughts.. Here is a man who lost his mother at a young age, and has had no one to love him except her. Years back while growing up they learned that they have feelings for one another. However, young at heart and still innocent Jenny didn’t know what to do so she left. Leaving Ty with some unanswered questions, for one is whether what they have between them was real. You see Ty has had his heart broken so many times, including his wife cheating on him. With Jenny he’s not sure whether it’s for real or just another of his half pipe dreams of being with her.

Love exists but for Ty it’s hard for him to catch it. Each time he’s close to getting it in his life it goes away. He knows Jenny is the right woman for him but she’s afraid of letting go and loving him for the man he is. Their hearts belong to one another and their touches are branded into their hearts to the point where Ty cannot imagine being with another woman.

It may be short with only 53 pages but Emma Petersen sure created a strong story with characters that are so perfect for each other. You have Ty who has had his share of bad luck but also Jenny who is going through a hard time in her life with so many people she loves dying. Two people that care for one another yet it’s the heroine in the book that is pulling away. Talk about reverse psychology for Ty. He finally has a chance to find the happiness that has been missing from his life and Jenny gets scared. I thought it was okay and worth reading to find out whether they get back together or not. Like I said it may be short and sweet but definitely worth reading for it’s hot scenes and whether Ty will get his love or not.
