Silas Elmagus is a centuries old vampire now living in New York. Arising from his bed one evening, he begins to reminisce about a long ago young gypsy lover who had stirred his hunger, his loins and his heart, savoring a fine wine as he does so.

Crimson Ambrosia is an intriguing short story which centers on a flashback to a previous liaison several centuries ago. Crimson Ambrosia is an erotic M/M tale, with fairly described sex between the two lovers. Take care: this is not an erotic romance. If you're not a M/M fan, then you'd best give this one a pass. If, like me, you enjoy M/M erotica, then Crimson Ambrosia could certainly be an excellent quick read for you. The plot flows smoothly and is paced very well. Certainly, at the end of the tale you are not left with the feeling of something being missing, or the ending being too abrupt. Though none of the characters are gone into in depth, this is not a concern to the reader, since the essence of the story is a flashback and little character development is required. Sabrina Luna has concocted an enjoyable short tale that feels complete and is a desirable read for any M/M erotica fan.
