Dulce
Neil Randall has driven his motorcycle from continent to continent, hooking up with at least one female at every stop. Each encounter is an act of vengeance against his cheating ex-wife. His latest port of call finds him at a run down motel, amidst a group of Americans on spring break engaged in an orgy. It is here that he meets the mysterious Dulce, whom he cannot keep off his mind, though he has a date later to hook up with Chelsea, a hot and very desirable female artist. Who is 'Dulce'? Why is he so attracted to this girl who is so much younger than he?
Dulce is a sexually explicit novella that is unusual in that it is told entirely from a man's point of view. Rarely have I come across such a telling. Ordinarily, the heroine tells the tale, or both the heroine and the hero. Yet, this works extremely well in Dulce, probably because for much of the tale, there is no set heroine. Rather, the novella focuses entirely on the hero and his intention to make many conquests. Various sexual encounters are described, not only the hero's encounters but also third parties (including the orgy at the motel). Graphic language is used from the first page, with some fabulous imagery interwoven into the tale. Though at times the story was a tad hard to follow, it was still enjoyable, particularly for erotica fans.
