Ruana, a half-werewolf without a pack, is meeting her friends at a bar called The Howl, but she’s got a problem – she’s in heat. She’s got a serious need, and with the exception of Zan, the bartender, it doesn’t look like anyone else is interested...until she tries to leave and is ambushed by a group of randy shape shifters.

What Ruana finds out about herself in a very odd series of events is that she is unique; she is suddenly desired by all of the wolf packs...as a “brood-were”. She invokes her clan protection from her mother’s side of the family, and soon, her various relatives begin arriving. Will a clash between the species cause problems for the course of true love?

The Warder’s Wolf – Book Three: The Warders Series is Viola Grace’s latest installment in a series packed with world-building that features an amazing array of inventive and unique characters. This one has it all, and this tale is chock-full of fast-paced, witty dialogue and layer after layer of interesting back story. I’ll be hunting up the other two books in this series. I especially loved the touches of humor interspersed throughout this story, and am pleased to award The Warder’s Wolf with Five Angels!
