Confessions of a Werewolf Supermodel

Lou Kinipski is a supermodel, but once upon a time she was an ugly duckling. That was before her werewolf came out to save her from being raped by the high school football star and the night she killed him. After seven years of hiding who she’s been, her past is about to come back and haunt her. Lou’s hired private eye Morgan Kane to find her birth mother. Only they find out that not only has a lab from Nevada been searching for Lou; but also her birth mother and adopted parents had worked at the lab. Things start heating up when Detective Terry Shay comes on the scene. It seems women who look like Lou are being murdered and she’s dreaming of a werewolf who’s doing the killing. Do these murders have anything to do with her sprouting fur, fangs, and claws? Her birth mother disappearing, her adopted parents up and leave without taking anything but their car, just what is going on and can the detective and PI help Lou find the answers before it’s too late?

Ms. Thompson has once again given readers a book they can sink their teeth into. She has brought her characters to life from beginning to the end. If I had to use one word to describe this book, it would be FANTASTIC! This is one of the books that you just can’t put down until you find out who did it and you’ll be kept guessing until the end. The readers cannot only sympathize with these characters, but they will be laughing and rooting them on to the conclusion. Ms. Thompson has written about the age-old adage how do you reconcile your past with your present in a unique way by incorporating werewolves along with a murder mystery. This book has it all.
