Graylin Treel, known to her friends in the Half – Blood Club as George, is a full dragon unlike the others who are half – breeds, and with her pedigree she has had her mother’s blessing to hide with the group.

Many changes are ahead for the group, but George has plans of her own, with a little research she has chosen her mate. Now all that’s left is to implement her plans. This will be a topsy – turvy ride for George because as much as she likes being in control some things are just out of her hands.

Abandon is book three of the Half Blood Club by author Viola Grace. This author has created a wonderful group of friends who are there for each other, the secondary characters drop in and out and don’t overpower the main character’s story; in this case George’s. Abandon carries on a wonderful story line; it just keeps getting better and better. George is tough, smart and sassy, something else she has in common with her friends. The male counterpoints are yummy; Rikard was definitely an alpha who had his world turned upside down. the Half Blood Club is a series that is fast paced and hot, hot, hot, Viola Grace has earned some serious kudos from me. I came upon the series out of order but these books can be read as is. My difficulty was after I had met the women I had to know more about them. Thank you Ms. Grace for giving me a respite from the every day, Abandon was a great read!
