Magus Shift is book one of the Half – Blood Club by author Viola Grace and a wonderful read it is. I have read the whole series in no particular order, and they all can be read singly or as a whole. I loved Izzy’s take charge manner and confidence. James was a take charge terror as well, so I foresee future battles of dominance. James’s shock when Izzy takes control was fun to see. The Half – Blood Club series was an enchanting and heart warming story of a group of friends who are there and will be there for always. Viola Grace is a must read for me and I highly recommend you give her a try.
