This is Book 3 in the Bay City Paranormal Investigations series.

Sam and Bo are back again in this paranormal adventure. The Bay City Paranormal Investigations team is on an amateur ghost hunting tour when they are contacted about a paranormal event that has all the earmarks of being another inter-dimensional gateway. Sam doesn’t want Bo, still on the mend from their last run in with a gateway, to go but Bo, being the boss, overrules him. Leaving half the team behind Bo, Sam, and Dean head off to the Sunset Lodge to investigate.

But, this case turns out to be something more than just another case. It may offer a way for Sam to turn off his abilities to sense the gateways… if he’s willing to take it.

Wow! It’s been a while since I’ve felt this connected with a set of characters and their story. Ally Blue has made this possible with such and awesome series of books. Twilight was just icing on the cake of an already stupendous adventure. The relationship between Sam and Bo has been steadily growing with each book, and Twilight delivered a great breakthrough in its development. The tension and frustration that Sam and often Bo feels about their love is very well developed and true to life. The sex scenes simmer with passion and having to hide their love in public only makes the release in private that much more intense. Dean, a character that played a pivotal role in the last book, What Hides Inside, is back and is even further fleshed out. A deep friendship between the three has now formed and makes the bonds between the characters that much more believable besides that he is just such a fun character you can’t help but love him. I can’t wait for more in this series and really only have one complaint…they need to come out faster!
