Kaylee Daniels loves meeting her friends for their Friday night at Luciano’s and only wished that she wasn’t such a klutz around the owner, Luciano Valenti, because she would love to get to know him in a very intimate way. Her two best friends keep trying to get her to let him know how she feels but she is clueless as to how to do that until a late night conversation with him shows that he feels the same way about her. He suggest an affair, one that will have no strings between them just a lot of hot and sweaty sex. This is exactly what Kaylee wants because her mother always wanted a man in her life to take care of her and Kaylee is determined not to feel the same way about a man. What will happen when Luciano’s feelings start to change and become more permanent? Can she accept the change or does the affair end?

From the minute that Luciano saw Kaylee he was totally attracted to her and wanted an affair with her. When he discovers that she wants the same thing from him he is in heaven. They both want a no strings attached affair because Luciano’s father abandoned his mother and he is afraid that he’ll do the same thing to Kaylee. However, Luciano soon starts to fall in love with Kaylee and he is afraid that she will not return his feelings. Can he convince her to give them a chance or will this affair between the black woman that he has fallen in love with end before she has met his Italian family?

This romance was very captivating and part of that reason is because of the secondary characters. I loved Luciano and Kaylee but knowing that hopefully there will be more stories coming from this trio is something to look forward to. Kaylee and Luciano really set the pages afire with their affair even though I wanted to smack Kaylee for not wanting the affair to continue. She had a great reason for wanting the situation to end but I’ll give Ms. Nyrae great motive for talking her into continuing the affair. This book was a great read and I’ll encourage everyone to download this one for their reading pleasures.
