In this, the final book in the Fate Series, Atty’s story is brought to light. Atty is one of the Sisters of Fate, her real name actually being Atropos. She is in control of cutting the strings of a person’s life. Atty’s sisters think it would be nice for her to take a tropical vacation, so they send her to a beautiful tropical island for a week for some R & R.

During the flight, she meets Cole. Cole is also headed for the island but not exactly for the same reasons. Something is wrong with Cole. Something serious. He just wants to come to terms with what is happening to him, but when he meets Atty, his previous intentions go right out the plane window. Same goes for Atty. They just cannot seem to keep their hands off each other. It’s sure going to be an interesting week for the two of them.

However, what happens when the week is over? Atty is going to have to return to Mount Olympus and Cole is going to have to deal with his medical condition. Will they be able to come up with a plan before they lose each other forever? How will Cole react when he discovers that ultimately, Atty is responsible for his condition? Will he ever be able to forgive her?

I really do not know what to say about this book. Emma Sinclair makes me laugh, cry, stomp my feet, get angry and rejoice at the same time. She is one of those rare authors who are able to combine a multitude of emotions in both the plot and the characters. Atty was my favorite character out of all three books. Shy, passionate, witty, sweet and willing to risk everything for the man she loves. Cole was a superb specimen of male yumminess. Praise to Emma Sinclair for a smashing finish to an amazing trilogy of stories. I hope and pray that there will be more such amazing stories and characters from her in the future.
