The Allure Authors have released their first anthology through Harper Collins’ Avon Red line and these authors deliver fantastic delights brimming with emotion and eroticism. Passionate encounters lead to love affairs that will make the reader sigh with satisfaction.

The reader is treated to a fantastic blend of contemporary and paranormal novellas from veteran and newer authors. Each of them delivers in both story and sensuality, making this a varied and full read. Each story effortlessly blends into the other, and I wasn’t able to put the book down.

These authors may be familiar to readers from their electronic and previously New York published releases. While I had read the former books from these authors, they particularly shined at the novella length and characterization, and the plot never felt forced or rushed. Each story read as a complete tale, and they all complemented each other well. There was no weak story in this collection; they were all just wonderful.

Though it was hard to choose a favorite story, Sylvia Day’s A Familiar Kind of Magic was a story I could not get out of my head.

For old fans and new readers alike, Alluring Tales: Awaken the Fantasy is a true delight!
