For fans of historical romance, Hannah Howell’s newest release is a must read! It has been a long time since this reviewer has read a historical romance of this caliber. Artan scorched the pages with his masculinity. One can’t help but wish for a highland warrior just like him of their own. Cecily was a very strong female whose highland roots glowed through her interactions with Artan. Watching her grow from a timid, unloved character to a strong willed and confidante woman was delightful and refreshing. Mrs. Howell definitely knows how to bring the highlands to her readers with her extraordinary writing style and creativity. While this is the first book this reviewer has read from this author, it will without a doubt not be the last. Readers will not be kept waiting long as her next book Highland Lover will be released this summer.
