College tutor Caitlyn York needs to take a walk on the wild side. Her ex-boyfriend, Ty Jamieson, had told her to "loosen up" when she had refused to go on a trip with him and she promptly gave him the heave ho. Now his words are haunting her, so she decides to cut loose and hires a male escort to "keep her company" for an entire night. She arranges to meet him at a local casino.

Little does she know that Ty has been working at the casino, hoping to prove to Caitlyn that he is capable of holding down a steady job. He is absolutely shocked when he overhears her escort-to-be discussing her with another gambler and immediately buys the other man off. Caitlyn is just as surprised when Ty shows up instead of her pre-paid date, posing as the man for whom she's been waiting. Neither willing to back down, things rapidly get out of hand in a service corridor.

In Revenge of the Ex, Lacey Savage packs a quick punch. Ty is totally hot, and the heat he produces with Caitlyn in so short a time is intense because it has such a real feel to it, not forced for the sake of it. Caitlyn's dilemma with Ty is reasonable and so is his reaction to it. The possessiveness he feels is nearly overwhelming but he doesn't go beyond punishing her with pleasure. Can you say "sexy"? Ty's passion and charm melt the panties off Caitlyn, yet even though we know she is a strong woman, who could blame her for giving in? I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and recommend it for a fast-paced, fun read. Five Angels!
