Stuck in an airport during a late winter storm, Tabitha and Wesley Downes-Hove are at a crossroads in life. Having grown apart during their marriage a last minute Valentine’s Day trip that would hopefully revitalized their marriage is close to being lost. Brand, the leader of a National Shapeshifter council also finds himself stranded by nature’s elements. With hormones from lust raging inside him, he is on the edge of control when he senses others like himself in the airport. Soon Brand, Tabitha and Wes will find that there is more than one storm raging and this one has a chance to tear Tabitha and Wesley’s marriage apart.

An interesting and highly erotic addition to Ellora’s Cave Valentine’s Vixens, Animal Attraction is pure fire. With a couple on the edge of self implosion a winter night spent in animalistic euphoria is just what was needed to forge a broken bond. This is not what I would suggest if you’re looking for a pure romance. The encounter between Tabitha, Wes and Brand is needed for all three to reach a certain destiny. The side story of Tabitha’s past and the background of the shifter community are like dangling a carrot in front of a rabbit. You know it will chase it down and I felt the same way about the Silvers. I plan on keeping an eye out for additional offerings especially when I’m in the mood for raw passion!
