When Daniel arrives, he finds he has been upgraded to the penthouse, where he later meets with classmates who were ahead of him in school and light years beyond him in popularity and status. They were close friends with Hunter and Daniel's deepest fears occurr when Hunter arrives and his old feelings reappear like it is yesterday. Hunter is still the sarcastic and nasty man Daniel remembers, at least to him. Things aren’t always as they seem though and both Hunter and Daniel may have a few surprises in store for them. Will Hunter and Daniel get the second chance they never expected? Will their old flame have a chance to rekindle?

Kiya has created a lively and poignant story about second chances. The outcome of the plot was a surprise when Hunter and Daniel received help from unexpected sources that force them to make their feeling for each other clear for the first time. Hunter has many hidden feelings and emotions that he was unable to express when he was younger. Daniel never truly got over his feelings for Hunter, but he has to be willing to trust that people do change. With a little help from their friends maybe the second time around will be the last time. The plot line is evenly paced, keeping the readers spellbound until the very end. Thanks go to Kiya for such a heart-warming story.
