Deacon quickly shows Kheyra that her beliefs are all wrong. Vampires do exist on Earth and they most certainly are not submissive. Can she convince him of her sincerity and need before the trackers from Dattar catch up with her? Or will Deacon’s distrust of all things female, most especially vampires, destroy any chance of happiness that they might have?

Erin Aislinn’s Earthly Possession does not disappoint. As usual, she manages to create characters that are appealing and realistic, even if they are vampires. I really liked Kheyra with her insecurities and feelings of doubt about herself. Here is a vampire who has been taught one thing from birth, but goes against those teachings, even whenfaced with punishment, in hopes of finding her true self and satisfaction. As for Deacon, he has to face his past. Kheyra’s presence forces him to look at who and what he has become and face the one woman who tried and failed to break his dominant sexuality. This sexy story also engages your feelings and will have you engrossed until the very end. Enjoy!
