Mimosa Night
Getting together for a girly weekend seemed like a great time to chat and catch up on about everything, but now they want to share sexual fantasies and Reba’s no longer sure the whole thing was a good idea. There’s no way she can share her deepest fantasies with her friends, especially not the threesome with the owners of the erotic dance club called Fontaines. Besides, her friends won’t have done anything really wild, will they?
Mimosa Night brings together the excitement and thrill of swapping stories and experiences with your best mates along with the idea that even your wildest dreams and fantasies might one day become reality. The whole pace of the book is light hearted and fun, perfectly fitting with the idea of best friends swapping stories and having a good time together. However Mimosa Night isn’t just a tale of friends getting together; it’s also more of a story of taking full advantage when opportunities arise. The characters are all very loveable and readers will enjoy the tales they have to tell and the reactions they have to one another. Each tale has been beautifully crafted almost as separate stories in themselves which is what makes the book so interesting. I enjoyed visiting each fantasy, seeing where it would take the main characters and seeing the different emotions they felt afterwards when they came true. The only thing that felt jarring in the story to me was the ending; certain ideas were brought in very suddenly and didn’t quite fit within the storyline however it wasn’t detrimental to the tale itself.
Nicole Austin and TK Winters have produced a book that is definitely worth a read, although it does go into details of multiple partners so if anyone is a bit wary of m/m/f, m/m/m/m/f scenes they might be best to stay away. However the subjects are approached and dealt with delicately, so are not as startling as they may first seem. I would recommend this book, especially if the reader would like a lighthearted read, something to lift their spirits and keep them warm at night.
