The Collector wants to find the Cauldron of Fire, the ancient cauldron is said to be magical and in order to procure it, the Collector enlists the help of Kate Susadi and Matt O’Brien.

Kate is an actress and goes to the Collector’s house for the money he has promised and is excited to learn that the trip the Collector is sending her on might give her information on her missing grandfather. Kate just wishes she didn’t have to endure Matt’s presence on the trip, even if he is a sexy man, his overbearing and snobby attitude towards her makes her want to hit him instead of kiss him.

Matt is a scholar lured to the Collector not only by money but also to learn more about the encrypted book of notes he found on an earlier trip to Ireland. He is eager to learn more of the myths and legends but doesn’t understand why he has to baby-sit an actress.

After arriving in Galway, Matt and Kate are soon led to an ancient and mystical place that takes them back to the time the Cauldron of Fire was used. Will these two be able to overlook their differences and work together to get the cauldron back to the Collector?


The Collector 3: Cauldron is another steamy adventure on behalf of the mysterious Collector. In this story we learn a little more about the Collector but not enough to figure out exactly what he wants with all the objects he is procuring throughout the world.

A.J. Matthews takes you on an exhilarating journey through time with plenty of magic, mystery and passion. There are many characters throughout this book that are very detailed and eclectic. The storyline moves along very smoothly and at a rapid pace. I have to say that there are a few scenes in this book that gave me pause but with that said, I’m giving The Collector 3: Cauldron 4 Angels!
