Master of Dragons
Nineva Morrow’s family has secrets, her father had left the Sidhe kingdom 1600 years ago and has been wandering mortal Earth avoiding his cousin, the usurper king’s, assassins ever since. Nineva is a fairy princess; she was born with Samira’s Mark upon her breast. She is Samira’s 21st avatar, the one destined to free her. Nineva has been on her own since she was seventeen years old when her act of healing alerted the assassins and her parents were killed.
As an adult Nineva has never settled down, she is always prepared to move, since she was unable to finish school she has taken many jobs, waitress, bartender, maid and magician although she has been careful to use normal human magic tricks so as not to expose herself. Because of her dreams she knows the time is coming soon to free Samira, and while is she is prepared to do what is necessary, she is afraid.
Kel is a dragon able to take human form and one of King Arthur’s Knights of the Round Table. He had been trapped in a sword for centuries by his diabolical uncle for being friends with Gawain. Finally free of the sword and ashamed of his dragonkin he stays with his friends in Camelot protecting mortal earth and the Mageverse.
Kel is given a quest by his dragon god Cachamwri, “rescue a fairy princess – and save the goddess Samira.
Angela Knight has a wonderful series and Master of Dragons continues the Mageverse saga. The vampires and witches, fairies and shifters are thrilling to visit. I loved Kel in Master of Swords and am very happy he got his own book. These books can be read as stand alone but I love the updates on the previous characters. Nineva is tough and willing to do what is required, but she does have a bit of a martyr complex. Kel is a dragon who shifts into human form and oh boy is he yummy, a definite protector. Angela Knight has developed an awesome world and I would love to be a member of the court.
