Bad Girl Bridesmaids
Susanna Carr has given her readers another hilarious jaunt with three women chosen to be bridesmaids in Bad Girl Bridesmaids.
Serial Bridesmaid on the Loose
Kelsey Morgan has been in her fair share of weddings, after all, her sorority sisters ask her so they have someone to do all the tedious work. Trying to steer clear of doing all the work at the latest wedding, she decides to hire a gigolo who came with a guest so at least she has the excuse of being busy with a hot guy. Zack can’t believe his godmother has used him by making others think he is her latest affair. However, when one of the bridesmaids approaches him, sparks fly and he doesn’t see any harm in playing along.
This quick tale will have readers rolling with laughter. The way Zack was roped into playing the gigolo will have you empathizing with him, but after Kelsey makes her offer to him, readers will laugh at all the misinterpreted innuendos. Zack and Kelsey were a wonderful couple all the way around
The Bridesmaid’s Diaries
Tara Watkins has a blog about her experiences as a party planner at her family’s winery. It all started three years ago when she had to take the place of one of the bridesmaids because she was the same size and the only one at the last minute who could fit into the horrible dress. On that night she slept with the best man, and that is how the blogs started. Now the same couple is renewing their vows and she has to replay that horrible event with the best man included.
In this tale one can’t help but wish they were Tara and could cozy up with Luke. This couple will heat up the pages as you laugh at their antics. The blog Tara has started reminds you of half the blogs out there. They tell all the juicy details of one’s life and how interesting one night can be.
Wedding Wrecker
Amber Hughes is known as the “wedding wrecker” around her hometown. Just because she deemed it necessary to speak up when the preacher asked if there was anyone who objected to the marriage, but only after she saw the groom having sex with one of the bridesmaids. Now she’s a bridesmaid in another wedding, and she is having problems staying out of trouble especially with Josh Griffin around. He is bound and determined to make sure she doesn’t wreck this wedding like she did the last.
This story was my favorite in this anthology. Amber is so easy to relate to, especially when it comes to the people in her hometown. She made the mistake once and the whole town is still talking about what she did. Josh tends to be an alpha male at times but Amber immediately lets him know she isn’t ready to surrender. This couple sparked with feistiness and passion.
Susanna Carr has written another winner in Bad Girl Bridesmaids. All three of the heroines were very down to earth normal women, which readers can easily relate with. The heroes burn the pages with their sexiness and masculinity. Thank you, Ms. Carr, for another wonderful book that will surely delight all readers.
