Chased

Liv Davis has been hurt so many times in the past that she doesn’t even want to listen when Marc Chase decides he wants her. She has dated trying to find the “right guy” but so far things are not going well for her. The last guy she dated she found him with another woman, but she is determined she will find Mr. Perfect. She would love for Marc Chase to be Mr. Perfect but there are just so many things about him that she’s not sure about. He’s dated everyone in town, he’s six years younger than her, and she just doesn’t think he’ll ever settle down to one woman.

Marc Chase can’t even remember the exact moment he decided he wanted Liv, but now that he has, he means to have her. She’s sweet, funny, makes him laugh and as much as she doesn’t want to admit, it they are perfect for each other. He knows that she doesn’t trust him yet; but when Marc decided that he wants something he goes after it full force, and right now he wants Liv, forever.

I absolutely, positively loved this book. It was sweet, funny and very hot. I really liked the way that Ms. Dane had the couple go slowly in their love. This was no-wham-bam-thank-you- ma-am kind of falling in love. They both felt the attraction, but they fought it as long as they could before giving in to it. I really liked the way Marc seemed to mature. He was the kind of man who dated everyone, but when he made up his mind that he wanted Liv he stuck with what he wanted and he went after her. The only thing that I didn’t like is that I didn’t read the previous two books about the Chase brothers. There were so many relatives and people from the previous books that it would have made me understand the whole concept of how they all came together. I definitely plan to purchase the whole Chase brothers series and I suggest that you do the same.
