Robyn Banks comes from a long line of police officers. She had never thought about what she would do in her life, but had always thought that she would follow in the family line of work. When she witnesses her mother being raped and murdered in the family home her life changed forever. Robyn runs screaming from the house, the guy grabs her and informs her that if she tells a soul what happened he will come back for her. At this point Robyn’s life changes; she rebels from her father and slew of brothers, she leaves home and she eventually joins the Air Force. Things are going pretty good until she crashes a new fighter jet and now has been put on leave until the psychologist can determine if the plane crashed due to technical difficulties or if Robyn was trying to commit suicide.

Rocket Jones Jr. owns the Air Lounge, a pulsating new nightclub in Melbourne, Australia. And she shows up in his nightclub. While watches the patrons dance he sees the most alluring woman that he has ever seen in his life. She is thin, moves like a goddess and has the most enticing hair that he has ever seen. When she looks up at him from the floor and crooks her finger at him to join her, he does not hesitate. He finds out the first night from her that all she wants is one night, then she’ll be gone and he’ll never see her again. He’s all for that as long as he can get his hands on her, in the end will this be enough for Rocket or will he want more?

Rose Middleton rocks!!! I have yet to read a story from her that did not leave me wanting, begging for more and this one is right there at the top of the list. The way these characters tie in together left me baffled, wondering how does she doe that, and then just enjoying the story so much that I don’t really care. Learning Robyn’s story made me cry and then knowing how much Rocket wants the relationship to continue made me cry and this was an erotic story! Ms. Middleton is, without a doubt, one of my favorite authors. Her stories are addictive and I absolutely cannot wait for the next one.
