Until the Day You Die
Maggie Fletcher is devastated when her sister is murdered. In order to see justice served, Maggie falsely claims that she saw the killer, Collin Masters in front of her sister’s house the night she was killed. Maggie’s boyfriend Marcus knows that she lied. With him being the County Attorney, her fabrication has put a wall between them that Maggie hopes will come down once the trial is over. With Collin behind bars for her sister’s murder, Maggie is ready for her life to be back to normal and her relationship with Marcus to be back on track but Maggie’s life only starts falling apart.
Maggie is being stalked by a man she believes to be Collin’s partner and he isn’t only targeting her, he’s also terrorizing her friends and her son. She knows the only option she has is to take her son and leave everything else behind in order to start fresh in a town where no one knows who they are and what Maggie has done.
As Maggie and her son get settled into their new life, danger isn’t far behind, but does Maggie dare trust the stranger, who came back to town to get to know her better, with the life of her son?
Until the Day You Die by Tina Wainscott is suspense at its best! This is one book that must be on every suspense lover’s summer reading list.
Author Tina Wainscott has created a variety of characters that give this story its life-like persona and adds the drama and expectation that will keep you hooked until the end. It was both easy and hard to picture myself in Maggie’s shoes. She had such an immense inner strength to keep her going and the fear that she felt radiated from the pages in waves, leaving me in awe of Ms. Wainscott’s talented storytelling.
Until the Day You Die kept me up reading all night and I enjoyed every minute of it! Every time I thought I had the story figured out, the plot would take another turn, leaving me anticipating what would happen next. I’m giving this book 5 Angels and would recommend it to anyone looking for a story they just can’t put down.
