Then there’s the High Prince of Hell, Halcyon. Due to events earlier Mona Lisa has found herself a legend; a being that hasn’t been seen for millennia, even by the Monére. With enough attention already she and Halcyon figure out a way that will help explain what has happened as well as solidify their relationship.

With one problem taken care of, Mona Lisa finds herself Queen-napped and facing a moral dilemma. Should she risk everything to save a rogue that has gone mad, or step back and let nature take its course? Mona Lisa can do nothing but be herself and invite more danger into her life and the lives of her men.

Dante and Quentin, the last in a long line of amazing warriors; one beautiful to behold and the other eerily fascinating can she save them? Will she survive?

Having just recently been introduced to the Monére and spending sleepless nights because of them, I was thrilled to have been able to preview Mona Lisa Craving. I was not disappointed. Mona Lisa stays true to herself and her sense of right and wrong and while she sometimes stumbles, she seems to find a way to do what she feels is right and just. I have been impressed with the complexity of the series from the beginning and am amazed at the new threads that were woven into the whole in this installment. I cried myself silly when I read this and see that as a mark of a great writer, one who makes you feel for the people they have created. I look forward to more in this universe and can only hope that Sunny is able to continue without boundaries.
