When you find out that your new husband’s a shapeshifter on your honeymoon, it’s usually a bad sign. But when you happen to be part of an ultra secret vampire hunting group, it’s kind of a relief. Kat and Mitch have a lot to sort out in this slightly skewed Southern tale.

A Wulf in Groom’s Clothing by Ronda Thompson

Love. It’s what sets the beast free and also what lets the beast go, two very different things for a man of Wulf lineage. When Sam met Laura he knew she was the woman for him, not only did he like what he saw and what he heard when he talked to her, he also changed for the first time not long afterward. But wedding and bedding her was supposed to rid him of the wolf, what now?

A truly unique combination of stories, My Big Fat Supernatural Honeymoon had something in it for everyone. From the gritty tone of the 20’s mob tale in Her Mother’s Daughter to the ethereal feel of Where the Heart Lives you really can find a story for all moods. I enjoyed almost all of the stories in this book. The ones I didn’t enjoy had nothing to do with being badly written or light on plot or character development and everything to do with my personal tastes. I did have a few favorites, Heorot and Her Mother’s Daughter. The slight snarky undertones made me snicker in places that normally would be nerve-wracking. All in all, this collection was well worth the read.
