Working Man: Summer Kisses and Ice Cream Dreams by J.M. Snyder is a non-traditional contemporary romance.

Sean is at his hum-drum job, the Good Shoppe Lollipop, that he goes to every day where nothing ever exciting happen, except for today. In walks Andrew, the sexiest guy that Sean has ever seen. The only draw back is that Andrew has his arm around a girl. It just figures that Sean would pick out someone unavailable! To Sean’s surprise, Andrew starts making sexual innuendos that Sean’s boss doesn’t get, even the girl understands what Andrew is saying. Sean, on one hand, has never been so embarrassed and turned on at the same time. Sean doesn’t want to get into a summer romance, especially when he knows that he could loose his heart to this very special guy. Is this just two ships passing in the night or could Sean’s dreams come true?

Ms. Snyder has fashioned a, at times, humorous and tantalizing story about two guys who, if fate takes a hand, could find a love fulfilling to both of them. Sean doesn’t see much value in himself, but Andrew looks beyond his exterior to the beauty inside. Andrew is a very handsome man who is willing to stand up for what he wants. I would love to read more about the lives of Sean and Andrew to see if they go beyond just a summer fling to a future together. Thanks go to Ms. Snyder to what looks to be the beginning of a beautiful series.
