Roger’s life is falling apart. His job with the Secret Service is gone as his charge, Kevin, has disappeared and presumed dead and Kevin’s father has been brutally murdered. To top this off, he is being plagued by weird encounters with Adria, Cardin and Estefan, a trio that insist on the reality of vampires and Roger’s ability to forever extinguish these demons from the face of the earth. However, as Roger feels himself strangely compelled to continue his association with these people he begins to be plagued with dreams of events of a past not his own. Through this all Roger is determined to find his missing charge and clear his name with the Secret Service. Will Roger find answers to all his questions or is he really going insane?

The Rememdiu is a sensual romp full of paranormal elements. Roger is a hard-headed man that takes nothing at face value. His encounters with Adria, Cardin and Estefan are incredibly erotic while giving us insight into the dynamics of the group. It was interesting to see Roger struggle to accept the outlandish tales that Adria shares with him and reconcile them with his “dreams” and physical changes. When Adria, Roger, Cardin and Estefan come together physically you will be completely absorbed in the carnality and sensuality of the moment and it will leave you feeling flushed. Shayla Kersten created a unique world where the extraordinary is the norm that is worth further exploration. While the plot of The Rememdiu is not particularly gripping it is an entertaining read for a lazy afternoon. Get The Rememdiu when you go shopping for your next paranormal erotic ménage romance.
