A compulsion to steal drives Chloe. Her current target is a flower shop, where she takes one flower each week and dreams about the sexy man who runs the shop. The handsome flower man, Daniel, is really an artist who is doing a good turn for Hannah, his sister, running the shop while she heals from a recent motorbike accident. He knows Chloe is stealing from the shop, and devises a way to catch her. But he lets her get away with her little game for more than three months, content to watch and wait—and fantasize about how hot it’s going to be when he finally does get her.

A Dangerous Craving is a sexy tale, one that had me holding my breath when Chloe entered the flower shop trap. I won’t reveal just what “price” Daniel exacted as retribution for Chloe’s crimes but I will say it was perfectly suited for her actions. One of Amy Redwood’s strengths is her ability to write believable dialogue. It flows seamlessly and the discussion between Chloe and Daniel about the assets of flowers is intoxicating and sensual. This story is charming and my only complaint is that it ended much too quickly. Ms. Redwood has a writing style that is alluring, mesmerizing and completely entertaining. I will certainly look forward to reading more of her work in the future.
