Mile High to Heaven

Olivia Marsden isn’t a petite size five like most of the “modern” women that she sees. She is proud of her size sixteen jeans and her five foot and nine inch frame. She just wishes that she could find someone who will love her like she is. She loves people, likes to make them laugh and could lose herself in a book any day of the week. She is nothing like her younger sister but meeting the groom’s brother to share a flight to Atlanta for the wedding makes her want to be like her sister if it will get her a man like Cole Evans. What she doesn’t know is that Cole has plans for them, and he doesn’t want her to change a thing about herself.

Cole Evans saw Olivia at his brother’s and her sister’s engagement party six months ago, and he has been planning for this moment since the second that he laid eyes on her. Cole was immediately drawn to her figure, her legs and her laughter that filled the room when he first heard it. It has taken him six months to have his professional life straighten out where he can pursue her the way that he wants to. Now they are going to be spending a few days together for a wedding, and Cole plans on making it a wedding that neither Olivia nor he will ever forget. If he has his way, she will be his for all time by the end of this wedding.

This was the first Aphrodite’s Apples that I have read, and it was a very hot read. I liked the way that Angela Guillaume spent so much time going into the background of her characters. By the time that they actually met I knew them inside and out, and I understood why they felt the way that they did. The natural attraction between them was hot and the chemistry between them was blistering as the scenes sizzled. This was a great book, and I’ll be checking out more of the Aphrodite’s Apples’ books.
