Matching Tats by J.M. Snyder is the second book in The Powers of Love series.

Vic has many tattoos all over his body which makes him look seriously dangerous, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth and his partner Matt loves everything about him, even his tattoos. Vic and Matt have a special connection. Every time Matt makes love with Vic, some special/super power is transferred to him for a limited time. Before Vic, Matt was used by many men to give men super powers, but Vic and Matt are linked mentally, and they can share all of their feelings and emotions. Vic has finally done it and gotten his facial tattoo, and Matt finds his new ink very erotic. Vic and Matt come together in a scene that not only lights a fire, but with enough sweetness to satisfy anyone. Their telepathic link allows them to experience each others deepest desires. Each time they make love, Vic gets different powers that amaze and frighten Matt. Matt finally has someone that knows and loves him for himself, and he wants to do something to show how much they love each other. After thinking about it, Matt decides for the two of them to get matching tattoos, even though he is frightened of needles and pain in general. Will Matt and Vic succeed in their goal to show their feelings to the world in a very symbolic manner?

Ms. Snyder has continued her earlier book The Powers of Love and allowed the readers to see more closely into the minds and emotions of Vic and Matt. Matt’s fear about his lovers staying with him just for the powers are mostly gone by Vic’s very obvious love and devotion. Matt is able to see beyond Vic’s exterior to the loving man inside. Together they create a love that fulfills each of their needs as they support each other through life’s obstacles. Thanks go to Ms. Snyder for another fun read.
