Unjustly accused, Justin is falling for Caroline and isn’t sure he can ever get through the walls she has erected to keep everyone away.

Sans Regret is not your typical erotic historical. Intense sexuality seeps out of the pages and swirls a complex story of lust and betrayal. Caroline is a lost soul that thinks she can’t feel any more from the abuse she has endured. She is strong on the outside but the hurt inside needs to be healed. Her sexual inhibitions leave her cold until she kidnaps Justin and sparks start to come to life within her. The deep feelings of her character came to life and I found myself rooting for the outcome. Justin is very lust worthy. His character is sexy and sensual. His care and feelings for Caroline make him an extremely likable character. Ms. Gaines has penned a very intriguing story and I look forward to reading more by this author.
