Miss Alicia Alton maybe only be a governess to Jason Culver the Eighth Marquess of Romley, but she can’t help but feel that her lord and master wants more of her than just to teach his three small children. Alice is very much a virgin but she can tell from the heated look in Jason’s eyes she may not be for much longer.

Jason wants Alicia very much even though he must refrain from acting on his lustful thoughts. But he can’t stop fantasizing about her. Then one night as Alicia is walking down a darkened hallway, he can no longer deny himself and they soon find themselves in his bedroom acting on their every desire. Their affair is not meant for marriage but these two cannot give up each other for their appetites are too strong.

Emma Wildes is a rising star who writes incredible historical romance. At under one hundred pages, this may be a short read, but it is everything I would look for in a romance of this nature. Jason and Alice’s passion is all consuming and their bedroom scenes together were very hot and juicy. The only problem I had was that Less Than Honourable wasn’t long enough! I would have loved to see what Ms. Wildes could have done with a full length story between these two characters. I urge you to read Less Than Honourable and the wonderful characters and world that has come from Ms.Wildes’ steamy imagination.
