Roommates

Morgan Bryant is an intense man whose past lovers didn’t understand him, a good detective focused on his job, and most importantly lonely. He decided to sublet his spare bedroom for the summer, but the prize behind door number one is more than he anticipated: mouthwatering, deliciously packaged Jasper.

Jasper Lawrence is alone for the first time in his life and ready to make changes. Not his career, he loves being a teacher, but definitely a change of location would fit the bill. When he signed his lease he didn’t expect to find a sexy man in possession of two guns: the one he has a license to carry and the one given by the grace of nature.

Helen Gabriel makes me want to run an ad in the local paper with hopes of coming home to a decadent treat. Roommates has wonderful characters with a chemistry that will not be denied. Jasper is bald and fine, but not conceited. He knows that he’s attracted to Morgan and isn’t scared to go for it all. Morgan has a hard time communicating with lovers, and normally his words get in the way. His connection with Jasper is on a higher level and sometimes a look is all it takes. I absolutely loved this story. The characters, plot, and all the fixings just flat did it for me. Not to mention sexual play that steamed up my glasses. If this is your first introduction to Helen Gabriel, you are in for a treat.
