Shades of Passion

Gunnar Hawkens has it all… well almost all. He has wealth thanks to being on top of his game as a real estate investor and now thanks to an online auction, he has the ultimate prize: his ex-wife back in his life, his house and soon his bed. He accomplished that goal under a haze of deception, but has no plans on letting the opportunity pass him by.
Daphne Saunders isn’t left as hostile as Gunnar imagined. Yes, the divorce was a nasty piece of work, but a necessary evil. Now the object of her affection and source of her erotic fantasies has shown up on her doorstep.

Will Gunnar and Daphne be able to rekindle their love?

Roxana Blaze delivers a story about love and sacrifice in Shades of Passion. I have to admit this is one of the most romantic stories I’ve read in a few months. The extent that Gunnar was willing to go in order to regain Daphne was sweet and breathtaking. There is one scene that I’m sure women across America would appreciate, as well as hope that the person in their life will do at least once. Daphne had the strength to protect Gunnar, even if it meant she had to give him up. She tried to hold on to her resolve, but she was no match for her ex-husband. The story isn’t just erotic, it’s laced with a bit of suspense and an ending that you don’t see coming until it is upon you. Ms. Blaze demonstrates she knows how to bring a book to the table that will leave you wanting for more.
