Cowgirl Up And Ride is one hot read. My eBook reader kept slipping out of my sweaty hands. Lorelei James has the heat turned up so high you better turn the ac on and have some ice handy. From the first pages the chemistry sizzles and we’re taken on a no holds barred ride into some super hot sexual shenanigans that’ll have you squirming in your seat. But that’s not all you get with Cowgirl Up And Ride; we’re offered an open door into the hearts and minds of a very big family, with some very big yummy cowboys. Ms. James does a wonderful job of letting us into the emotional side of the very intense sexual romp. Never once is the sex there to fill the page; every scene moves the story forward. I love the way AJ is innocence and seduction, her bold attempt to get what she wants even when she’s feeling a little insecure is at once believable and admirable. And Cord’s got to be the yummiest cowboy, from his solid responsible rancher persona to the hot as coals hunky lover, the man just makes you melt. I’m not sure I can put the right words together but this book is a must read. From beginning to end I couldn’t put it down, I didn’t want to leave AJ, Cord or any of the amazing people in this book. I’m in love with the McKay family, every one of them. The men are big and tough and not about to let anyone get in their way. The women are just as tough and not about to let their men get away with anything either. I’m heading off to buy the first two books in this series and I’m hoping there’s more coming; there better be or Ms. James my find herself the recipient of numerous emails demanding she park her butt and write.
