Damien St. Pierre is heading to a new city and a new job. He is also on a mission to find a relic that his clan needs. Damien is going to be part of a new task force to take care of the paranormal side of crime. He comes in early to meet his new commanding officer and is given the address of where he will be staying and the name of his new landlady, Katie Calhoun. He arrives at his new place and he walks into the most beautiful sight he has ever seen, his landlady in the hot tub. He joins her in the hot tub, and fire works explode.

Katie Calhoun is in need of a man, but where is he when you want one? So Katie goes for the next best thing, one of her favorite toys. As Katie takes care of business her new tenant arrives and things definitely heat up in the hot tub.
Katie is a unique woman in her own right but when she meets Damien she knows he is a very special man too. Katie is thrilled with Damien and their relationship is on the fast track but can it last? Will Katie and Damien’s romance stand the test of time?

Cindy Spencer Pape has brought the reader a very unique, spicy romance story. Stone and Earth is a beautifully written love story with some unique twists. Ms. Pape gives the reader what they are asking for and so much more. Damien and Katie are a prime example of opposites attract. Stone and Earth is an awesome little read that will give the reader a break from the real world, when there is not a lot of time to be had. I truly enjoyed this memorable story and I cannot wait to see what Ms. Pape has in store for us in her next book.
