With Melody and Bruce’s wedding being bumped up to accommodate Bruce’s new job in Hawaii, Jeremy hasn’t had time to prepare himself for the arrival of Melody’s older sister Annie until she walks into his café. Jeremy has been in love with Annie since high school but never had the courage to tell her how he felt. But when he sees her for the first time, something strange starts happening to him and instead of the awkwardness he’s always felt, he starts feeling more confident and in control when Annie’s around.

Dorcas and Ambrose are still spending their time playing matchmaker while being stuck in Big Knob, Indiana and Jeremy is in their sites. While the couple helps Jeremy in his pursuit of Annie, they also have to deal with Dee-Dee, the lonely local lake monster, George, the jealous dragon and Isadora, the witch who was married to the town’s founder.

Wild & Hexy is the second book in Vicki Lewis Thompson’s The Hex Series and an excellent addition that makes me eager for more!

Jeremy and Annie were great characters that instantly captured my attention with the heat and easy flow that was between them. Dorcas and Ambrose were as unpredictable as ever and kept things lively.

The swift pace of this story combined with the strong, original characters merge together perfectly to form a sexy, lighthearted story that will enchant readers and leave them ready for more.

You never really know what might happen in the small town of Big Knob, but you won’t want to miss a thing. A must read!
