Dark Prince of Anfall

The Dark Prince of Anfall by Ciar Cullen is the second book in the Anfall series.

Senn, a Prince of Anfall, is in the throws of a very erotic dream, one that he has had for years. Unknown to Senn, his life is being influenced by his goddess Gri-Lasa. She has many things in store for him, and his life is about to change abruptly. Senn lives in a world apart from Earth, Anfall where humans who were magical escaped to when the world fought against magic, but some people from Anfall returned to Earth to live their lives there. One such person, Tara was taken from Anfall as a child to live on Earth. Her life has never been easy, and now she is on the run from her abusive ex-husband. If she could just find the way to Anfall, her problems would be solved. Tara is saved by a stranger, not realizing that he recognized the power that exists within her and those who belong to Anfall. When Tim takes her to his friend Senn, he quickly learns that there is more between them than he understands. The first time Tara and Senn see each other, they are both stunned. They have been dreaming about each other for so long and now their dreams have come to life. Unfortunately, Senn is Tara’s uncle so things can never be. Will Tara find what she is looking for in Anfall? Is there a chance for Tara and Senn to find the happiness they have always dreamed of?

Ms. Cullen has continued her Anfall series with this action packed book that has so many twists and turns and enough heart to hold the reader from the very start. I love how the world of Anfall and Earth are entwined with characters that move between them at their pleasure. The magical powers that many of the characters manifest are so descriptive that the reader can almost see them. I liked how people from the first book are continued and more of their personalities revealed. It was interesting how many of the people were able to hear each others' thoughts, sometimes causing very hilarious and complicated situations. I would definitely recommend this as a creative, innovative and heart filled story that will be a keeper in my bookshelf.
