Adrian Scott works at a big casino in Las Vegas as a waiter and sometimes bartender. When he gets propositioned by the casino owner, Graham Elliot, he quickly agrees. The terms are set, three nights for fifty thousand dollars. Adrian and Graham have a wonderful night together but Adrian falls for his boss in a big way and suddenly it is not about the money. Graham’s not at the same place in his life as Adrian is however and their simple arrangement gets rather complicated.

Throw two men together like Adrian and Graham and you get a very hot story. Jamie Hill puts a very different spin on the classic office romance story, except in this case the office is a casino in Las Vegas. I would have liked to learn more about Graham. Maybe a scene or two from his point of view would have satisfied my curiosity, however Adrian’s character was likable and held depth right from the start, only getting more complex as the story went on. Adrian’s complex home life lends to his likeability. Nothing but Trouble is a fun little story. Once you pick it up you won’t want it to end and you’ll only want to read more.
