My Loving Enemy

Sarrah Malone, a scientist working on the problem of dimensional transfer, is caught in the backwash when an experiment goes awry. She awakens in the lab -- but not her lab! This lab has been damaged in an explosion, equipment is broken, and everything is overlain with a layer of dust, as if no one has been there for years. And her lab staff has disappeared. The only person she can see is a stranger, who, it seems, has come to rescue her. But she gets no answers about what happened from Adam Templar, who has secrets he cannot -- or will not -- tell her.

My Loving Enemy is science fiction, with erotic interludes. The main plot deals with a scientific problem and the paradox it causes. However, this plot is complicated by a growing relationship between the protagonists, in spite of the fact that Sarrah and Adam are always at odds with each other. This spices up the story and gives it that extra bit of mystery which entices the reader along. I will admit that I thought that Sarrah was the more complete character, but that could be because the story is primarily told from Sarrah’s viewpoint. The love scenes are quite graphic and intense. I enjoyed this novella a great deal, and I’m sure that other lovers of science fiction erotica will enjoy it as well.
