Doug Black is a handsome cop who is determined to find out where his birth parents are. He has a genetic problem he would like to talk to them about—he changes into a cougar. While searching, he meets Firebird Wilder who knows about paranormal things herself. When she runs, Doug is determined to find her. For once being a cougar turns out to be of good use. But what will happen when secrets come out?

Once again Christina Dobb weaves her spell, sure to leave you sleepless. This book, along with the rest of the series, pulled me into a world where supernatural things are real and sexy. Into the Flame is so full of suspense and adventure wrapped up in romance you will not want to put it down. This series is so good you want to read the next book as soon as you read the last page. I have recommended these books to many friends and will continue to do so.

The rest of the books have left a question as to whom was the last son referred to in the prophecy Zorana had on the fourth of July. She and Konstantine only have three boys, not four, and a daughter. Now we are introduced to Doug Black; a man who was adopted, and found out he could change into a golden cougar. I love the settings that this book finds itself in. So imaginative and well thought out. It’s very rare I find a series that makes me want to keep it around on my shelves.
