When twenty-seven year old graduate student Alejandro Alba walked into Candy Drops Sweet Shoppe, he had no clue he would fall in love with its owner. He inquires about a job not out of the need for money, but a need to get his hands, lips and legs wrapped around Theodora Adams. Theodora Adams is a full-figured thirty-six year old who harbors feelings for her young employee. She suspects Alejandro will never want her as a wife, but hopes he will want her for at the very least a Sugar Mama.

Tuesday Morrigan proves that beauty is in the eye of the beholder in Sugar Mama. Mentally battered, Theodora survived the scars from her experience with the corporate world and past relationships. It really hurt to see how people damaged her self-esteem, but I could understand some of her thinking. Alejandro knew he wanted Theodora, and was unclear of how deep the feeling actually went until he almost lost her. He broke down Theodora’s walls with a style of kinky loving all his own. I was ready to pass her some ginseng and a cold drink when he was through with her body. Theodora truly had moments where she put me in prayer for poor Alejandro. She held on to her past and I was scared that she would lose his love because of it. Ms. Morrigan definitely knows how to throw the heat up a notch in her scenes. Sugar Mama was an enjoyable read that will take you through reactions ranging from laughter to amazement. I love it when my thick sisters have all the fun!
