Annabelle walked past Zephyrus Raincloud’s chocolate shop, The Delights, every night on her way home from work. She didn’t know which was more tempting…all the chocolaty delights or Zephyrus himself. Annabelle will get her chance to find which one is tastier, when she and Zephyrus get locked in the shop. It will be a night of love making and chocolate kisses.

I thought The Chocolate Made Me Do It was a sweet, short story. There were just two things about the book that I didn’t care for. I wished the sex scenes between Annabelle and Zephyrus was steamier. The second thing was I didn’t see what the color of Annabelle’s skin really had to do with the story. Zephyrus wasn’t the only one that seemed to have a problem with it, but Annabelle as well. The issue of skin color got brought up quite a few times throughout the story. The book is just fine no matter what color skin the characters have. Other than these two factors, I enjoyed reading The Chocolate Made Me Do It. Zephyrus is the type of guy any woman would love to have around, as he is not only easy on the eyes but a wizard with chocolate. I would give Dakota Trace another try.
